Shipping Information:

US shipping rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at check out by weight of total items in your order. Orders over $65 ship free. Your order must total $65 after any discounts are applied. 

All US orders ship within 3-5 business days. During launches or sales order shipping time may extend to 5-7 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. 

What if my package is returned to sender?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or a PO Box. You should receive a notice when a package is undeliverable. If an order is returned to us because of an error entered at checkout or because it was unclaimed by the customer it cannot be reshipped, however, you will receive a full refund and are welcome to place a new order. 

What happens if my package is lost?

Please email us at support@oliveavepolish.com if you have any questions regarding the status of your order. We currently consider international packages lost 30 days after the last scan and domestic packages lost 10 days after the last scan. 

If your package says it was delivered but did not arrive please first contact your local post office. This happens often and packages are found in the truck or elsewhere and are usually delivered the next day. 

Do you ship internationally?

As of September 2020 we are shipping world wide with the exception of countries impacted by COVID-19 shipping suspensions listed here. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and varies based on weight of your package and destination country.

International purchases are made at the buyer's risk. We cannot guarantee delivery on international packages due to customs, damages, and stolen packages. International packages that are returned from customs to Olive Ave Polish will be refunded the cost of the order but not the cost of shipping. Any customs fees incurred by the customer in their country are the responsibility of the customer.

Olive Ave Polish is not responsible for an international package after it leaves the United States. Your order will be considered lost after 30 days since the most recent scan and you will be refunded the full cost of your order and shipping. Broken items will be refunded but cannot be replaced due to prohibitive shipping costs. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the nature of nail polish as a cosmetic product I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. I will absolutely replace a product that is damaged in transit or otherwise. That said, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email us at support@oliveavepolish.com
