Shipping Information:

US shipping rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at check out by weight of total items in your order. Orders over $65 ship free. Your order must total $65 after any discounts are applied. Below are the approximate equivalents

All US orders ship within 3-5 business days. During launches or sales order shipping time may extend to 5-7 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. 

What if my package is returned to sender?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or a PO Box. You should receive a notice when a package is undeliverable. If an order is returned to us because of an error entered at checkout or because it was unclaimed by the customer it cannot be reshipped, however, you will receive a full refund and are welcome to place a new order. 

What if my package arrives damaged?

Nail polish expands in extreme hot temperatures which can cause leakage or breakage regardless of how carefully it is handled or how well a package is packed. For that reason we have a seasonal replacement policy. Please see below and order with caution during the hottest months of the year particularly if you live in a hotter area. 

June 1st - September 1st: Orders without visible signs of damage to the outside of the package (such as crushed boxes, damaged outer envelopes, etc.) will not be replaced or refunded. If you live in a hot climate please use caution when ordering, ensure packages are not left in hot mailboxes or the sun for too long, and consider waiting until cooler months to place your order.

All other dates: Orders with any damage shipped within the US will be replaced or refunded, whichever the customer prefers. 

When will I get my order?

I am a one woman show - I pack and ship all orders myself. Unless otherwise noted orders will ship within 3-5 business days of ordering. Once packages are in the mail they may take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive depending on distance required to travel and your selected shipping service. 

What happens if my package is lost?

Please email us at oliveavenails@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding the status of your order. Given the numerous postal delays over the last few years due to the COVID-19 pandemic we currently consider international packages lost 60 days after the last scan and domestic packages lost 10 days after the last scan. 

If your package says it was delivered but did not arrive please first contact your local post office. This happens often and packages are found in the truck or elsewhere and are usually delivered the next day. 

Do you ship internationally?

As of September 2020 we are shipping world wide with the exception of countries impacted by COVID-19 shipping suspensions listed here. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and varies based on weight of your package and destination country.

International purchases are made at the buyer's risk. We cannot guarantee delivery on international packages due to customs, damages, and stolen packages. International packages that are returned from customs to Olive Ave Polish will be refunded the cost of the order but not the cost of shipping. Any customs fees incurred by the customer in their country are the responsibility of the customer.

Olive Ave Polish is not responsible for an international package after it leaves the United States. Your order will be considered lost after 60 days since the most recent scan and you will be refunded the full cost of your order and shipping. Broken items will be refunded but cannot be replaced due to prohibitive shipping costs. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the nature of nail polish as a cosmetic product I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. I will absolutely replace a product that is damaged in transit or otherwise. That said, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please email me at oliveavenails@gmail.com! 

Are your polishes vegan?

Yes! There are no animal ingredients in any of the products that we carry, ever. 

Are your polishes cruelty-free?

Yes! No animal testing ever. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified (

What toxins is Olive Ave Polish free of?

All products in our line are vegan which means there are no animal products. Additionally, all of our products are free from Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Xylene, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), Parabens, Fragrances,  and Phthalates.
