What if my package arrives damaged?

We experience breakage in less than 1% of all orders placed October - May and are proud to bring your order safely to you! That said, nail polish expands in extreme hot temperatures which can cause leakage or breakage regardless of how carefully it is handled or how well a package is packed. For that reason we have a seasonal replacement policy as of July 22nd, 2022. Please see below and order with caution during the hottest months of the year particularly if you live in a hotter area or are experiencing a heatwave. 

June 1st - September 1st: Orders without visible signs of damage to the outside of the package (such as crushed boxes, damaged outer envelopes, etc.) will not be replaced or refunded. If you live in a hot climate please use caution when ordering, ensure packages are not left in mailboxes or the sun for too long, and consider waiting until cooler months to place your order.

We crunched the numbers and, if it helps, these are the states we've seen damage occur most frequently during the summer months:

• Florida
• Texas
• Georgia
• Arizona
• North Carolina
